About Kayla
Hey, I'm Kayla. I'm a certified reiki master, intuitive guide, womb priestess, mother, and the creator of The Remember Collective.
I know survival mode from the inside. I know what it's like to spend so much time taking care of everything and everyone else that somewhere along the way, you lose touch with yourself.
A huge part of my own journey has been learning how to come back to myself—which is why I created The 4 R's: Regulate, Release, Remember, Rise.
My work is about helping women regulate their nervous systems, release the patterns and shit they were never meant to carry forever, reconnect with their intuition and who they really are, and actually start living like the woman they're becoming.
I blend nervous system work, Reiki and energy healing, intuition, spirituality, radical self-love, and real-life tools because I don't believe healing is supposed to only live in a journal or on a meditation cushion. It's meant to change the way you live, love, choose, speak up, set boundaries, and show up for yourself.
At the heart of everything I do is one invitation: come back home to yourself. Remember who you are.
